Abstract
刑事诉讼免证权制度是现代法治国家证据制度的重要组成部分，是对证人作证义务的补充和限制。建立健全免证权制度具有十分重要的意义，它不仅可以推进我国目前的证据立法进程，而且在维护家庭和社会关系的稳定、保护国家公共利益等方面具有不可忽视的作用，因此在我国刑事诉讼法中确立免证权制度是非常必要的。本文分两大部分对刑事诉讼免证权进行了论述，第一部分是免征权的概述，笔者首先从免证权的概念入手，之后介绍了免证权的主要特征，以便从整体上对免证权进行把握。第二部分是关于我国免证权制度的构想，联系我国国情，笔者认为我国需要建立的免证权类型主包括亲属免证权、公务免证权和职业免证权，并分析了各种免证权的建立原因及相关内容，最后对我国免证权的例外情况及行使程序进行了探讨。
The criminal litigation evidence immunity system is an important part of the modern country under the rule of the evidence system, are the duties of a witness to supplement and limit. The significance of construction of perfect free card right system, it can not only promote China's current evidence legislation process, but also has a role can not be ignored in the maintenance of family and social relationsstability, protection of national public interest, so in our criminal procedure lawevidence immunity system is very necessary. This paper is divided into two partsfrom the right of criminal procedure are discussed in this paper, the first part is an overview of exemption right, starting from the concept of the right of free license,then introduces the main characteristics of evidentiary privileges, to grasp theevidence immunity from the whole. The second part is the conception of ourcountry free card right system, with the national conditions of our country, the author thinks China needs to permit free the right type of main include relativesprivileges, public evidence immunity and occupation permit free rights, and analyzing the reasons of various privileges and related content, the exception ourfree card right and exercise program are discussed.

AbstractCriminal Testifying rights system is an important part of the modern legal state evidence system , complementing and restrictions on witnesses obligations. Abstract: With the progress of the times, applications of mobile phone software are becoming increasingly popular, range of applications are becoming more and more wide, such phone software as mobile phones address book, Fetion. This paper describes mainly the design and implementation of mobile phone address book software, whose functions include reading, adding, deleting and querying the mobile phone address book.
This paper firstly describes J2ME development platform which is used by the software to be developed, WTK development tools which is provided by SUN, as well as the JSR75 PIM(The Personal Information Management) standards.
Then this paper focuses on the software requirements analysis, functional design, data flow charts, and analyzes and explains combining with the actual source.
