shipment to the customer after collection, to provide clearance information.

About the bill of lading ,we asked the forwarder,they replied :the B/L still not signed .so we will track it .
the date of shippment has changed from 2nd DEC. to 4th,DEC.
In general ,the B/L can be signed about 3 days after the shippment .
It is my regret to inform you the following.
Though our shipment was sent on 27th Aug (Thursday), the clearance with the custom was exceptionally slow.
The goods cleared the custom only on Friday night, and arrived in Hong Kong on Saturday.
Nevertheless, the logistic company that we engaged was off during the weekend.
The person in charge would send the goods to you via UPS today once she reaches their office, and you are expected to receive it tomorrow or the day after.
