a、甲方负责办理货物出口清关手续，并承担一切费用。

b、甲方负责商品从生产工厂到目的港的全程运输，乙方负责与甲方指定物流供应商签署货物运输代理协议。由此产生的费用由甲方承担，乙方按约支付。

C、甲方负责办理货物承保事宜，并承担费用。

2、乙方在办理完毕银行议付手续后，扣减本协议中甲方须承担的全部费用，应将剩余货款在乙方银行议付后五日内向甲方支付。

这应该是国内生产企业委托国内的外贸公司代理出口的合同条款，难道这家代理公司是外资公司？其职员不懂中文，代理合同一定要用英文签署？否则为什么要把这些条款翻译成英文？你们公司的老总审批合同时直接看英文合同条款？
如果日后双方出现纠纷，起诉到法院，法院受理案件也要用中文的合同，不会用英文合同作文审理的依据，那么届时再从英文翻译回中文？这么做累不累？问题是国内的普通代理出口合同，非要整成英文版，有这个必要吗？
